Town & Country were able to see as the same day we called AND able to accommodate our dog's special handling: Our dog becomes defensive when strangers make eye contact. We were allowed to wait outside until the examination room was ready. I led our dog in, with her eyes covered, to avoid her becoming upset. In addition, I was able to stand at her head and continue to cloak her eyes during the examination. The vet, Dr. Charlie, and his vet tech, moved slowly, calmly asking questions and doing everything to help our dog remain passive.
