Pam

Licensed Veterinary Technician / VP of Marketing and Public Relations and Social Media Director

Pam has been with our clinic since November 2009 and has been a Veterinary Technician since 1991. She found her passion for veterinary medicine when her childhood cat became ill and had an extended stay at a veterinary clinic. Watching staff care for her cat inspired her to go into veterinary medicine as a career. She is our Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations and Social Media Guru. She is married with 3 grown children, 2 dogs, Acapella and Finley, and a cat, Bailey. She loves spending time with family and friends, especially on Game Night!

Erica

Head Veterinary Assistant

Erica has been with our clinic since October 2018 and has been a veterinary technician since 2016. She found her passion for veterinary medicine in her desire to give back to animals everything they have given to her. She is our wonderful Head Veterinary Technician and fearless leader. She is a very busy mother of 3 boys and two precocious Persian cats. She loves spending time outdoors adventuring and hiking with her boys when she is not caring for your pets in our clinic.

Liz

Veterinary Assistant

Liz joined our team in July 2023. She found her passion for the veterinary field at the very early age of 5 years old. She always loved being around animals and caring for them in whatever way she could growing up. She became a Veterinary Technician in 2016. She is a mom of 4 and one dog. She loves spending time with her family and friends but also enjoys a little quiet time with a good book.

Bre

Veterinary Assistant

Bre returned to working with us in July 2023 after taking time off to raise her family. Bre says she always knew she preferred animals to people. She finds them more comforting, loyal and easy to love. When she is not here welcoming you and your pets to our clinic, she cares for her own personal zoo of animals with 2 cats, 2 guinea pigs and 2 Goldendoodles. In her time away for work she likes spending time with her 3 kids enjoying the outdoors. Enjoying activities like swimming, hiking or just walking through the woods at Spring Lake Park.

Chyann

Veterinary Assistant

Growing up surrounded by animals, Chyann learned early that pets rely on people to recognize when something is wrong. They cannot explain when they are in pain or ask for help, which inspired her to become someone who could speak on their behalf. Today, that passion continues to drive her commitment to advocating for animals while helping owners better understand how to care for them throughout every stage of life.

One experience that strengthened that commitment involved her horse, Puck. After he slipped on ice and suffered an injury, Chyann found herself asking the attending veterinarian question after question, eager to understand everything she could about his treatment and recovery. Rather than brushing aside her curiosity, the veterinarian patiently answered every question and encouraged her desire to learn. That experience reinforced not only her passion for veterinary medicine but also the importance of educating pet owners and supporting them during difficult moments.

Chyann earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science with an equine emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. After graduating and moving to Prescott, Wisconsin, she joined Town and Country Veterinary Services, where she continues expanding her knowledge while caring for a wide variety of patients. She enjoys learning something new every day and values the opportunity to work alongside experienced veterinary professionals.

As a Veterinary Assistant, Chyann especially enjoys assisting with surgery and dental procedures. She loves asking questions, learning from every case, and gaining hands-on experience in the treatment room. She also enjoys client education, believing that helping owners better understand their pets’ health is one of the best ways to improve long-term outcomes.

Outside the clinic, Chyann enjoys spending time with her wife, Shania, their son, Hayden, and their many animals, including their horse, Beau, senior dog, Red, and cats Tidder, Kitten, Maui, and Nala. Riding horses remains one of her favourite hobbies, and she especially enjoys introducing Hayden to horses and sharing her love of animals with the next generation.
